Senior Safety Design and Engineering Manager , Safety Engineering (EU & Rest of World)

This role is based in Munich, Germany with a mix of site and office work.

Responsibilities:

Define and update technical standards, conduct risk assessments, mentor team members, and support procurement processes to ensure safety compliance across Fulfilment Centres, Sort Centres, and Delivery Stations in Europe.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• Extensive experience in Safety Engineering risk management focused on EU standards
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with lean principles/Six Sigma
• Master's degree or equivalent
• Certified Machinery Expert (CMSE)
• Functional Safety Engineer (IEC 61508)
