Compensation:

$142,800 - $193,200/year

Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary talent advisor to leadership, define recruiting strategies, engage passive candidates, and conduct thorough candidate assessments.

Basic Qualifications:

• 7+ years of recruiting experience in a high-tech market
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Proven track record in managing executive search processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with executive recruiting in a global in-house team or top executive search firm
• Deep expertise in technology recruiting
