Compensation:
$142,800 - $193,200 annually
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary talent advisor to Directors and VPs.
- Define and deliver recruiting strategies for critical roles.
- Identify and engage passive senior engineering candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and negotiate offers.
Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of recruiting experience focused on engineering candidates.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Proven track record in managing executive search processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with executive recruiting in a global in-house team or top search firm.
- Deep expertise in technology recruiting.
- Experience mentoring other recruiters.
