Senior Program Manager Hiring Our Heroes Cohort 26-1, Alexa Devices

This role is based in Seattle, WA, and is part of the Hiring Our Heroes program for Active-Duty Military Members.

Compensation:

$104,100 - $185,000/year depending on geographic location.

Responsibilities:

Lead the concept, development, and launch of Alexa devices, collaborating with cross-functional teams including hardware, software engineering, and marketing.

Manage operational relationships, drive performance improvements, and deliver complex technical projects.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Strong communication skills with senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of process improvement experience
• Master's degree or MBA in relevant fields
