Senior Program Manager (FTC), OTS Deployment Global Governance

This role is based in London, GBR as a fixed term contract (FTC) until the end of 2026.

Responsibilities:

Lead strategic initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and team culture. Develop and implement frameworks and programs, partner with stakeholders, and apply process improvement methodologies.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in program or project management.
• Experience with analytical tools and metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Data & AI technologies.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
