Senior Program Manager, Accessibility

Location: Irvine, CA, USA

Compensation:

$129,500 - $175,100/year

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of accessibility programs, conduct QA, and collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to enhance digital accessibility.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in designing or architecting systems
• Expertise in accessibility best practices and regulations
• Experience with Figma, Jira, and similar tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with AI tooling and test automations for accessibility
• Experience as a Twitch user or streamer
