Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibility will be driving the technical evolution of Sherlock into a unified defect detection platform. Specific tasks include:

  • Driving the technical roadmap and architecture decisions for our scalable LLM-based defect detection system.
  • Owning the development of our unified AI-powered defect detection engine.
  • Leading the platform's evolution toward a fully self-service solution.
  • Defining and executing the strategy for automated pipeline configuration and monitoring.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Defining success metrics and tracking platform adoption.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs.
  • Experience managing technical products or online services.
  • Experience in representing and advocating for critical customers and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with analytical tools like Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight.
  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
