Senior Product Manager, Customer Experience

This role is based in Bengaluru or Chennai, India.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the vision for products that enable teams to quickly test customer experience hypotheses, manage end-to-end product strategy, and establish mechanisms to understand customer experience defects.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product or program management experience
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery
• Ability to work across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience
