Senior Product Manager, Canada Lifecycle Management Lead, Amazon Leo

This role is based in Toronto, ON, Canada.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to optimize subscriber base, enhance customer experiences, and achieve retention and revenue growth targets. Analyze customer data to inform product strategy and present business cases to leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years in product management or customer lifecycle management
• Experience managing business metrics or strategic functions
• Background in consumer telecommunications or satellite services
