Senior Product Manager

This role is based in Austin, TX.

Compensation:

$136,000 - $184,100/year

Responsibilities:

• Lead the build-out of new internal facing applications, products, features, and tools.
• Translate business intent and customer needs into clear business requirements.
• Bridge conversations between business users and development teams.
• Develop a long-term product roadmap aligning with stakeholder objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product or program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience as a product manager or owner.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
