This role is based in London, GBR.

Responsibilities:

  • Localize Alexa’s personality for UK and Ireland customers, shaping conversational behavior and tone.
  • Adapt global personality frameworks to local preferences.
  • Prototype and experiment with prompt tools, creating examples and running A/B tests.
  • Define quality and safety frameworks for automation.
  • Establish performance measurement for Alexa behavior.
  • Provide systems-level oversight across tools and integrations.
  • Champion customer insights to influence global roadmaps.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience as a product manager or owner.
  • Experience shaping content or conversational experiences for consumer-facing products.
  • Native level cultural fluency across the UK and Ireland.
  • Experience or interest in prompt engineering and generative AI tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with A/B testing.
  • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering or LLM-based tools.
  • Background in conversational design or cultural studies.
  • Familiarity with AI safety practices.
