Responsibilities:
- Own and implement the strategy of key customer returns workstreams.
- Dive deep into qualitative and quantitative data to reduce costs while maintaining customer experience.
- Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver improvement roadmaps.
- Manage tech and feature prioritization with trade-offs between customer experience and operational constraints.
- Present performance in business review meetings to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience in product management or ownership.
- Experience with product cycles of 6+ months.
- Strong business and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Experience in problem solving and data analytics.
