This role is based in London, GBR.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and implement the strategy of key customer returns workstreams.
  • Dive deep into qualitative and quantitative data to reduce costs while maintaining customer experience.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver improvement roadmaps.
  • Manage tech and feature prioritization with trade-offs between customer experience and operational constraints.
  • Present performance in business review meetings to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in product management or ownership.
  • Experience with product cycles of 6+ months.
  • Strong business and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • Experience in problem solving and data analytics.
