Senior Maintenance Engineering Manager

Location: Kemps Creek, NSW, AUS

Responsibilities:

Lead the engineering team, ensuring safety and compliance in maintenance operations. Manage preventative maintenance and equipment availability, mentor staff, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in team leadership and performance management
• Background in distribution or manufacturing with mechanical or electrical expertise
• Formal trade qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related technical degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with automated systems and controls
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and industrial electrical principles
