Senior GenAI Specialist Solutions Architect, Canada Specialists Organization

This role is based in Toronto, ON, Canada.

Compensation:

146,000.00 - 211,600.00 CAD annually

Responsibilities:

AWS Specialist Solutions Architects (SSAs) address complex customer challenges by crafting scalable technical architectures. They work closely with AWS Professional Services and partners to support customer engagement throughout the lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures
• Experience with Machine Learning and Large Language Model fundamentals
• 4+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with end user or developer communities
• Cloud Technology Certification
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent experience
