Senior Executive Recruiter

This position is based in Seattle, WA.

Compensation:

$142,800 - $193,200/year

Responsibilities:

Conduct research to identify top talent, develop search strategies, engage with candidates, and provide strategic guidance to executive leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of advising executive leadership
• 7+ years of recruiting experience in high-tech markets
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of team building and coaching experience
• Experience with executive recruiting in top firms
