Senior Executive Recruiter

This position is based in Seattle, WA.

Compensation:

$142,800 - $193,200/year

Responsibilities:

- Conduct research to identify top talent and develop search strategies.

- Engage with candidates and assess their fit for executive roles.

- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders throughout the recruitment process.

- Lead client update meetings and conduct interviews.

Basic Qualifications:

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, including managing multiple searches.
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Experience advising senior executives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting passive candidates and mentoring employees.
• Experience with executive recruiting in a global in-house team or top search firm.
