Senior Executive Recruiter, Global Speciality Recruiting

This role is based in London, GBR.

Responsibilities:

- Own and execute executive level searches for Director and Vice President positions.

- Conduct research to map target companies and top talent.

- Develop innovative search strategies and engage with candidates.

- Lead client update meetings and conduct interviews.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience advising executive leadership.
• Progressive corporate or search firm recruiting experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting senior experts in high-tech markets.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools and CRM systems.
