Senior Designer - Systems, XCM EU

This role is based in London, GBR.

Responsibilities:

Own and evolve design systems, templates, and creative technology infrastructure; define style guides and visual rules; architect systems for scalability; implement emerging technologies like GenAI and automation tools.

Requirements:

• Strong visual design skills with an online portfolio
• Expertise in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud)
• Experience with creative automation and GenAI tools

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in e-commerce, digital advertising, or media.
