Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end should-costing on large-scale construction projects.
- Build reliable bottom-up cost models and challenge supplier quotations.
- Present findings to senior leadership and co-develop AI-powered costing tools.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- 5+ years of supply chain experience.
- Experience in leading large and complex negotiations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
- Master's degree or MBA in a related field.
- Experience in leveraging AI and advanced analytics for cost modeling.
