Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end should-costing on large-scale construction projects.
  • Build reliable bottom-up cost models and challenge supplier quotations.
  • Present findings to senior leadership and co-develop AI-powered costing tools.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 5+ years of supply chain experience.
  • Experience in leading large and complex negotiations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
  • Master's degree or MBA in a related field.
  • Experience in leveraging AI and advanced analytics for cost modeling.
