Security Program Manager, JP-ICN Infra Physical Security

Responsibilities:
Supervise compliance of physical security standards, manage physical security projects, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert in all facets of Physical Security. Provide technical leadership for large-scale security engineering projects and coordinate security system design specifications.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent in Korean and business-level English
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in stakeholder management
