Compensation:
$175,100 - $236,900/year
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of security engineers.
- Engage with hardware engineering teams to influence security roadmaps.
- Define and drive multi-year hardware security strategy.
- Conduct security assessments and penetration testing.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 4+ years of expertise in hardware/firmware design.
- 3+ years managing security engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in relevant fields.
- Experience with custom silicon security.
- Strong communication skills for presenting to senior leadership.
