Compensation:

$123,800 - $167,500/year

Responsibilities:

  • Define the analytics strategy for the Reverse Logistics organization.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and serve as the central analytics partner.
  • Architect and implement scalable data solutions.
  • Mentor junior analysts and develop analytical capabilities across the organization.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of SQL experience.
  • 5+ years of developing automated reporting experience.
  • Experience with AWS technologies and scripting for automation.
  • 7+ years of cross-functional project experience or an MBA with relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience translating data needs with business stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in operations, supply chain, or logistics.
