Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager , RME

This role is based in Darlington, GBR.

Responsibilities:

Lead the team, mentor technicians, implement safety and compliance programs, and maintain equipment availability.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• Experience in employee and performance management
• Experience in distribution or manufacturing
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in design review processes for equipment reliability
• Knowledge of automated conveyor systems and controls
