Recruiter II, Amazon University Talent Acquisition

This role is based in Boston, MA or Seattle, WA.

Compensation:

$72,000 - $126,100/year

Responsibilities:

Support attracting and hiring student talent, partner with business teams to understand hiring needs, build strategies for recruitment, manage candidate information, and develop recruitment processes.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing multiple searches and projects
• Technical recruiting experience in high volume environments
