Recruiter, AWS EMEA Talent Acquisition

This role is based in London, GBR.

Responsibilities:

Manage the complete recruitment journey, including sourcing and engaging candidates, building high-quality talent pipelines, and driving positive candidate experiences.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or experience recruiting technical talent.
• Experience partnering with hiring teams.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools and techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in process optimization within recruiting.
• Knowledge of employment/labor laws.
• Demonstrated creativity in recruiting solutions.
