Compensation:

Salary range: $56,600 - $99,100 annually based on location.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business and recruiting teams to understand student hiring needs.
• Develop innovative strategies to attract and hire students for various roles.
• Manage candidate information and analyze results for improvements.
• Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience in building candidate sourcing strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of progressive recruiting experience.
