The Sales Planning and Compensation (SPC) team is looking for a driven, curious, and passionate inventor to dive deep into our Seller’s lives to identify key areas for investment for SPC to build globally scaled products that help them be the worlds best salespeople.As a member of the Sales Planning and Compensation (SPC) team, you will shape the AWS business's direction as a whole. You will build greenfield solutions from the ground up while using native AWS services and frameworks. The right candidate will have a robust system delivery background, well-rounded technical knowledge, and demonstrated experience working on large scale projects. The candidate must be customer-obsessed, have strong analytical and communication skills, and passionate about learning new technologies.You will work with software development engineers to understand features and technical implementation. You will also work with groups such as product management, UX designers to understand customer usage models and develop test plans and suites that approximate real-world environments and regression tests driving the software development process toward quality-centric methodologies. You will develop automated tests to help fasten testing cycles and release faster to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible to deliver manual/automated solutions to test customer facing features.

Basic Qualifications

- 6+ years of quality assurance engineering experience- 4+ years of delivering test frameworks, test tools, leading the QA projects and initiatives experience- Knowledge of QA methodology and tools, with demonstrated experience in an QAE role- Experience in automation testing- Experience in manual testing

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of UI Automation (preferably on mobile platforms) experience- Knowledge of at least one modern object-oriented programming language such as C++, Java, Objective C
