Quality Assurance Engineer (French), Alexa Global Quality

This role is based in Madrid, Spain.

Responsibilities:

• Own product quality for your workstream.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Monitor production trends and improve customer experience.
• Create and own test strategies for Alexa features.
• Develop automation tools to enhance testing efficiency.
• Communicate with stakeholders to report status and collect requirements.
• Utilize advanced French language skills for French language-based products.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in developing test plans and strategies.
• Experience in scripting or coding.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical systems.
• C1 or C2 level proficiency in French.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with mobile application testing.
• Familiarity with test case management tools and issue management tools like Jira.
• Experience as QA lead on medium to large projects.
