Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development of hardware and software functionality for drone operations.
  • Investigate system performance and lead cross-functional investigations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights.
  • Communicate strategies and results to senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of hardware product development experience.
  • 7+ years of engineering team management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Knowledge of AWS or cloud technologies.
  • Experience managing teams of 8+ engineers.
