Program Manager Startup , Global Engineering Services

This role is based in Berlin and Munich, Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Manage CAPEX projects within a multidisciplinary organization for customer fulfillment operations.
• End-to-end ownership for warehouse project deliverables.
• Coordinate multiple interdependent schedules of vendors and internal teams.
• Track project status and communicate risks and issues effectively.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large project budgets.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CAD software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in launching new logistics centers or large facilities.
• Certified Project Management qualification (PMP, Prince2, etc.).
