Responsibilities:
Oversee small parcel shipping operations and export hub, develop strategic plans to enhance shipping efficiency, manage relationships with carriers, and monitor compliance with international shipping regulations.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years experience within the export Sea and Air industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in stakeholder management
