Program Manager, North American Transportation Services

This role is based in Toronto, ON, Canada.

Compensation:

69,700 - 116,400 CAD annually

Responsibilities:

• Own Canada fulfillment flow forecasting across all planning horizons.
• Model network impact of fulfillment center launches.
• Drive technology partnerships with engineering teams.
• Lead cross-functional programs and develop performance reporting.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of project/program management experience.
• 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Experience in stakeholder management and communicating results to senior leadership.
