Program Manager,

Location: Newark, NJ, USA

Compensation:

$127,200 - $185,000 annually

Responsibilities:

Drive strategy and execution of complex programs focused on customer experience, manage cross-functional initiatives, influence technology roadmaps, and build consensus among stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Master's degree or MBA in a related field
