Responsibilities:

  • Manage cross-functional customer experience projects, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and timely results.
  • Support initiatives across various functions including Quality Intelligence and Voice of Customer insights.
  • Assess data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Own end-to-end program delivery including scope definition and stakeholder communication.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in stakeholder management.
  • Experience in driving process improvements.
