Program Manager, Leo OISL

This role is based in Redmond, WA.

Compensation:

$80,200 - $97,400/year

Responsibilities:

Manage and track program schedules, facilitate cross-functional meetings, identify and escalate risks, and produce program status reports.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to work flexible schedules

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
• Experience in MS Access and SQL
• Familiarity with program management tools like JIRA and MS Project
