Program Manager, JP LMDX

This role is based in Tokyo, Japan.

Responsibilities:

Set up and lead programs to improve the JP AMZL Delivery experience, manage competing priorities, develop processes to enhance customer experience, and interface with senior stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams
• 3+ years of experience in process improvement initiatives
• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills
• Business level English and Japanese proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Experience in building processes and project management
