Responsibilities:

  1. Own and manage training governance processes across a large organization.
  2. Lead initiatives to identify training pain points and improve effectiveness.
  3. Oversee projects that audit training completion and recommend solutions.
  4. Define project goals and develop executable plans.
  5. Manage project execution, ensuring alignment with budget and quality standards.
  6. Monitor project milestones and deliverables.
  7. Develop scalable solutions for training content.
  8. Oversee user training on inspection tools for tracking metrics.
  9. Maintain documentation and ensure cross-functional alignment.
  10. Assign and track team responsibilities for continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field with 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience.
  • Experience in managing strategy & operations projects for large-scale initiatives.
  • Experience with customer-facing research initiatives and statistical analysis tools.
  • Program management experience from initiation to delivery.
