Program Manager II, Clinical Programs, Medicare Population Health

This role is remote, based in the USA.

Compensation:

$66,800 - $142,800 annually

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project plans, manage clinical screening programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience in process improvement initiatives
• Ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in delivery and stakeholder management
• PMP certification
• Experience in population health or value-based care
