Program Manager, Global Logistics

This role is based in Tokyo, Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strategic carrier relationships.
• Manage end-to-end operations from fulfillment centers through customs to last-mile delivery.
• Track and optimize key metrics related to quality, speed, defects, and costs.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with data-driven improvement plans.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of logistics or supply chain operations experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
• English and Japanese communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in end-to-end delivery management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of international logistics operations.
