Description
Amazon's Reliability, Maintenance & Engineering (RME) team ensures that our global fulfillment and operations networks run safely, efficiently, and at peak performance. A Program Manager in Central RME will drive initiatives that optimize operational capacity, enhance network performance, and deliver measurable improvements. This role focuses on program execution, addressing operational barriers, implementing standard work practices, and collaborating with RME, non-RME stakeholders, and Operations teams.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any domain), Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree, or MBA- PMP, or PMP certificate- Experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL- Experience implementing lean principles and process improvement in an operational environment
