Program Manager, Central Operation

This role is based in Tokyo, Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Define the program (mission, vision, tenets), set objectives, analyze data, and drive improvements.
• Oversee gaps between teams, processes, and systems.
• Identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks.
• Work closely with operations, product teams, and engineering teams to solve complex problems.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Excel.
• Business level written and oral communication skills in English.
• 5+ years in supply chain, operations, inventory management, and/or project management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product/program management experience.
• MBA from a premier business school or similar qualification.
• Experience with SQL and influencing stakeholders.
• Business level written and oral communication skills in Japanese.
