Compensation:
$82,700 - $129,800 annually
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic planning and execution of AI adoption initiatives across the AWS Products Legal team.
- Develop expertise on Amazon AI services and third-party AI solutions for legal applications.
- Program manage cross-functional AI implementation projects.
- Create training programs to enhance team proficiency with AI tools.
- Serve as the liaison between the legal team and AI product teams.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives.
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
