Program Manager, AWS Legal

This role is part of a global legal team responsible for regulatory risk management and compliance for AWS.

Responsibilities:

• Drive development and improvement of compliance systems and processes.
• Collaborate with legal, technical, and business teams.
• Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery.
• Identify root causes of issues and develop solutions.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Bachelor's degree.

Compensation:

$74,200 - $129,800/year based on location.
