Program Manager, AWS Legal

This role is based in Arlington, VA.

Compensation:

$74,200 - $129,800/year

Responsibilities:

Manage and run projects for the AWS Sales and Marketing Legal team, create tools, educate legal colleagues on project management, and improve team systems and processes.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Experience building processes and schedules
