Program Manager, AMZL

This role is based in Tokyo, Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze quality indicators and report results (daily/weekly).
• Facilitate business reviews with site managers (weekly).
• Inspect delivery stations and areas (1-3 days/week).
• Propose improvement actions and follow up on ongoing actions.
• Support deployment of LMDX-led projects.
• Prepare improvement proposals and participate in projects led by other teams.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
• Business level proficiency in English and Japanese.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Six Sigma/Lean analytical techniques.
• Cross-functional team experience.
• Advanced Excel and SQL knowledge.
