TimeHub team's charter is to build a world-class product which meets time, attendance and pay computation needs for over 2 Million hourly associates across Amazon businesses. People Technology is the central hub for all Amazon people data. Our product and technology provides the foundation for a multitude of key human resource processes, from on-boarding of tens of thousands of temporary employees during peak holiday season, capturing time-related events across an associate's day to day activities, to integrating critical employee data to internal and external systems. We implement and build highly secure, global software that allows Amazon to effectively manage the workforce, resulting in a better employee experience and a better bottom line.Key job responsibilities* Manage the TimeHub product roadmap for a country, balancing business priorities with customer needs* Drive execution for key product areas, including pay calculation and time tracking systems* Partner with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to develop scalable, customer-centric solutions that serve millions of users* Analyze complex product requirements and translate them into clear, actionable plans that guide cross-functional teams* Leverage data analysis and customer feedback to inform product decisions, measure success, and drive continuous improvement A day in the lifeIn this role, you'll focus on the TimeHub product ecosystem, which serves as the foundation for time and attendance management across Amazon's global operations. You'll spend your time collaborating with engineering and design teams to translate complex business requirements into clear product strategies. You might start your day reviewing customer feedback and data insights to inform prioritization decisions, then move into a working session with operations stakeholders to understand how recent product changes are impacting their workflows. You'll also present product progress to senior leadership, using data to support your recommendations. Throughout the week, you'll partner with multiple stakeholders for the country you lead to ensure our solutions address diverse business needs while maintaining security and scalability. Beyond routine product management, you'll occasionally dive deep into analyzing market trends or conducting customer discovery sessions to uncover new opportunities for the roadmap.
