This role is based in London, GBR.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new content to improve Rufus's knowledge base.
  • Enhance web search capabilities for better understanding and response quality.
  • Coordinate with regional stakeholders to understand local market dynamics.
  • Ensure content is culturally appropriate and policy compliant.
  • Design and launch new content-led customer experiences.
  • Drive experimentation and optimize content strategy based on metrics.
  • Define and track key performance indicators for international content programs.
  • Develop scalable processes adaptable across multiple markets.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in roadmap strategy and product delivery.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple teams.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-tech environments.
  • Proven track record in product management with international scope.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI products at scale.
  • Knowledge and passion for e-commerce.
