Description

Amazon Robotics is located in the greater Boston area, the epicenter of robotics innovation. Our diverse team of engineers come from all over the world to design, test, and build our dynamic fleet of robots and mechatronic systems. Having our offices, labs, test floors, and factories all co-located means that we can design the hardware, write the code, test, build, and watch it all come to life. This allows us to innovate quickly and on limitless ideas. Current advancements are underway in autonomous movement and mobility, artificial intelligence and machine learning, manipulation, simulation, robotic management software, predictive analytics, and much more. The Amazon Robotics (AR) Robotics Manufacturing and Technical Operations (RMTO) organization manufactures high-quality robotics and gets the right materials to the right place at the right time to enable our automated solutions. The Process Engineering Manager will independently lead a team of engineers responsible for developing, installing, validating, and optimizing complex manufacturing processes and systems with considerable impact across the Robotics manufacturing business. You will be accountable for the structure and strategic direction of your team, determining the right mix of engineers and where they need to be located to meet business needs. You will set the vision and tenets that guide how your team makes decisions, and your roadmap will influence broader organizational goals, including participation in Amazon’s annual planning process. You will partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Facilities, and Operations teams, and regularly communicate with senior management on status, risks, and change control. You will prioritize high-impact projects, obtain approval from relevant functional leaders, schedule resources, and drive crisp decisions about which work is essential, which can be triaged, and which can be omitted. You will build a team that delivers successfully without you, coaching engineers to make smart trade-offs and take end-to-end ownership of the systems they build.

Hey, I'm Stan

Software Developer & Creator of Top Jobs Today

I'm a software developer, and over time I realized I cared mostly about roles at big tech companies - not just whatever happened to show up on LinkedIn or generic job boards. But those sources weren't enough - some roles were delayed, or never posted at all.

So I built this website to solve that. It scrapes fresh job postings directly from official company sites, figures out what kind of roles they really are, and sends them as email alerts - simple, fast, and focused.

Hope it makes your search easier too. Wishing you the best of luck - and I'm really glad you're here!
