Principal Recruiter, Principal Engineer Recruiting, PE Recruiting

This role is based in Seattle, WA.

Compensation:

$170,000 - $230,000 annually

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary talent advisor to Directors and VPs, define recruiting strategies, engage passive candidates, and conduct thorough candidate assessments.

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of corporate or search firm recruiting experience
• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• Extensive talent networks in technical domains
• Data-driven approach to talent acquisition
