Principal Recruiter, Principal Engineer Recruiting, PE Recruiting

This role is based in Seattle, WA.

Compensation:

$170,000 - $230,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary talent advisor to Directors and VPs.
• Define and deliver recruiting strategies for critical roles.
• Identify and engage passive senior engineering candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and negotiate offers.
• Coach leaders to improve talent acquisition capabilities.

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of corporate or search firm recruiting experience.
• 5+ years of technical recruiting at the executive level.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of relevant technology domains.
• Experience influencing senior executives.
• Data-driven approach to talent acquisition.
